Our Team

Bikram is a registered and qualified social worker, accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers. With over five years of professional experience as an autism consultant and senior autism practitioner with a leading organisation specialising in providing services to the neurodivergent community in Adelaide, he has provided one-on-one, classroom, and group therapeutic support in South Australian schools for school-aged children and adolescents, including those with neurodiversity and on the autism spectrum.

Bikram is multilingual, proficient in English, Nepalese and Indian languages, and has a deep understanding of cultural diversity.

In addition to his social work background, Bikram has worked as a school social worker and a hospital social worker in Adelaide. He also holds a Bachelor of Education, which adds a teaching dimension to his expertise. Furthermore, Bikram boasts extensive experience in providing consultancy, training, and professional development services to both schools and families. Moreover, he has successfully led teams of autism professionals dedicated to promoting inclusion within educational institutions and the broader community.
